The Melbourne Cup Corporate Luncheon at Adelaide Oval brought together over 800 guests for one of Adelaide's premier corporate hospitality events. Our role was to provide comprehensive event photography across the entire experience, capturing the atmosphere, key moments, sponsors, networking opportunities and premium guest experience.

Coverage began at the outdoor pre-event function before moving into the main luncheon inside Adelaide Oval, documenting speeches, entertainment, candid interactions and group photography. The day concluded with coverage of the official after-party, ensuring the full event journey was professionally captured.

Working across three separate event spaces, we delivered a complete digital image gallery featuring sponsor branding, guest experiences, corporate networking, VIP moments, team photographs and marketing imagery. The final collection provides Adelaide Oval and event stakeholders with versatile content for future promotions, social media, websites, media releases and ongoing marketing campaigns.
